Support is provided by TIBCO Software Inc. and DataBon via email or phone. There are currently two levels to choose from:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"tab tab4\">\n<ul>\n<li>TIBCO Maintenance Bronze (most used)<\/li>\n<li>TIBCO Maintenance Silver<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These levels differ in the range of services provided and price.
